Salish Sea Summer Camp #3

Our Salish Sea summer camp will combine fun educational experiences in the aquarium with field & boat trips, as well as time for games and art!

Camp activities include:

- Discover and explore diverse local marine habitats — rocky intertidal, sandy beaches, mudflats, eelgrass meadows
- Visit the Gulf Islands National Park
-Embark on an ecocruise
-Explore under-the-sea with a Remote Operated Vehicle
-Be a biologist and use transects to conduct an invertebrate survey
-Private fish feeding with an Aquarist
-T-shirt and activity book
-And more!

Each camp runs 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Cost per camp is $220. Space is limited. Participants must have completed grade 1 by June 2012. Registration begins March 30th. For more information, please www.oceandiscovery.ca/events or call 250-665-7511
